Service History Analysis

Associated Material Handling has three critical, interlocking systems which provide information on the repair needs and repair history of a lift truck. These three systems include the on site service record, the preventative maintenance information system, and the service history cost analysis.

ON SITE SERVICE RECORD

Every piece of equipment routinely serviced by Associated Material Handling is equipped with an on site service record. This service history details all the maintenance performed on a given piece of equipment. This decreases diagnostic time for breakdowns as the technician has an immediadte record of past service calls. Additionally, a trend analysis can be easily performed on site to develop life cycles on wearable components such as wheels. In short the information is best put where it needs to be…on the equipment.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE INFORMATION SYSTEM

As lift equipment ages, mechanical components begin to wear. Without a tracking system, such wear is seldom monitored forgotten between Preventive Maintenance visits. The Preventative Maintenance Information System is designed to allow the service dispatcher to enter application driven milestones into our database. The information is then tracked and printed with every preventative maintenance ticket.

SERVICE HISTORY COST ANALYSIS

Tracking of costs associated with equipment repair is critical to replacement analysis. The Associated Material Handling Service History report allows for easy identification of historical costs, simple calculations of cost per run hour, and an excellent summary tool to evaluate problematic equipment.
